My name is Jeff Feligno.

In 2000 I graduated college and started as a fulltime artist at McFarlane Toys. It was here that I worked with a great art team and developed my sculpting skills. After about three and a half years I decided to leave and give freelance toy sculpture a try. I have been doing this ever since.

In the summer of 2005 I was approached by the School of Visual Arts in NYC to teach a figurative sculpture class. However, this class would be inside their computer graphic program. This was a great opportunity and I jumped at the chance. Over the last year we developed the class, "Clay Sculpture for the Digital Artist." This class incorporated both sculpting in clay from a live model, and then sculpting on the computer inside Zbrush.

I have since become very interested in the use of 3D software to create character based artwork. My current portfolio is a mixture of 3DStudio Max 9, Photoshop and Zbrush 3.0 I find that the computer has great benefits and I am not giving up anything when "sculpting" in this medium.

If you are interested in my artwork please contact me here.

Thanks for checking out my site.
